2 Months Old

MaKenna I can not Believe you are already 2 months old!! You are just growing up too Fast. At 2 months you way 12lbs 1oz and are 22.6in  long. You still love to just lay down and kick and get fussy when you want to be put down. Maybe that means I hold you to much I don't know. But you also like to cuddle. Which Mommy loves!! When mommy is crying b/c she misses Daddy you lay your head up under mommy's chin with your arms around her arms and are just as still as can be. It is so amazing the stuff you seem to already know/sense, Mommy is so blessed to have you.
  You fight sleep in the afternoon when it comes to settling down for the night, you don't won't to miss anything. Mommy walks and bounces you until you fall asleep. Some people may say that you are spoiled b/c of this but I just say you are helping mommy loose those last 5lbs.
  We still don't have much of a routine when it comes to sleeping and eating, we just pretty much do whatever you want. You eat when you are hungry and sleep when you get sleepy. Typically you eat every 2 hrs. When you take a bottle it is 5ozs. For the past week you have been going to bed about 8:30/9:00 and don't wake up again until around 3:00 to eat again. And then again at 5:30 and you are usually up for the Day.
  Mommy also thinks that you might be teething already but we are not sure. You drool a lot!! And you love to put your fist in your mouth or anything you can get to your mouth you will have slober all over you at times
  You love to be read to. Nana was amazed the other night b/c as soon as she would quite reading you would get fussy until she would start back. You also like to read the books Daddy recorded for you You coo and grin as he reads.
   I love you so much little girl and am so thankful That God has blessed your Dad and I with such a perfect wonderful little girl. Can't wait to see all the new tricks you learn in the next month
